Our platform charges a platform fee for facilitating services and, in some cases, an application fee depending on the service type.

By making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Payment was made successfully but the service was not initiated by any partner
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same service
  • Payment was deducted but the application was not created due to a technical error
  • The service is cancelled by the platform before execution

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

Non-refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Platform fees once the service has been assigned to a partner
  • Application fees paid to government or third-party authorities
  • Services already processed or submitted
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect user information

Refunds will not be provided for rejection of applications by external authorities.

Request Window

Users must request a refund within 3 to 7 days of the payment date, depending on the service.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund.

All refund requests must be submitted through the official support channels provided in the app.

Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Payment Failures and Reversals

In case of payment failures:

  • If the amount is deducted but the transaction fails, it will typically be reversed automatically by the payment provider within 3 to 7 working days
  • Users are advised to wait for the standard reversal period before raising a request

If the amount is not refunded within this time, users may contact support with transaction details.
