Description
The Office of the Director General, Assam Rifles, Shillong has released Advertisement No. I.12016/A Branch (Rect Cell)/2026/1310 dated 27 August 2026 for the Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2026, inviting online applications for 354 Group C posts of Warrant Officer, Rifleman and Havildar across 17 technical/tradesman trades. Eligible male Indian citizens with the prescribed 10th/10+2 pass plus ITI/Diploma qualification for the relevant trade can apply online. Qualification
Minimum qualification varies by trade: from Class 10 pass (with ITI/Diploma for most trades) to 10+2 with technical diploma; Warrant Officer (Cipher) alternatively accepts a Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ICT.
